PRICING AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
 

WARRANTY AUTHORIZATIONS
We are an authorized warranty center for Mesa Boogie.  We also have relationships with other companies such as Fuchs, Diezel, Zvex, and others that allow for limited warranty work or special allowances on warranty replacement parts.

PRICING
We receive many makes and models of amps in various states of repair (or attempted repair). This makes it impossible to list prices for many of our services. Therefore, all work will be billed on a case by case basis. It is really impossible to guess how much your repair would be without looking at your amp first.  There will be a $65 deposit required for the minimum labor charge on all work or estimates which will be applied to the final bill.  For fastest turnaround time, please include the deposit when shipping amps to us or you can pay your deposit with PayPal (see below).  You will find estimated prices for some of our services on the pages describing the details of the various service options we offer (see the links on the left side of the page).

What we can tell you about our prices is that you will always receive fair and honest service.  We pride ourselves on our integrity and commitment to quality and value.  We realize that the amp repair business is largely based on reputation and word of mouth and we never forget that fact.  Andrews Amp Lab is counting on your repeat business and recommendations to others in the music business.

We will reluctantly install tubes that you have purchased from another dealer.  However, we will charge a fee of $5 per tube in most cases.  Also keep in mind that if one of these tubes fails and causes any problem with your amp, we can not provide any free troubleshooting or repairs that may be required as a result of the failure of any tube purchased from another dealer.   We stock the best tubes right in the shop at competitive prices and we can get nearly any tube you request if we don't have it in stock.  Any tube purchased from and installed by Andrews Amp Lab will be covered for our full warranty as well as any damage to your amp that might result from a failure of one of these tubes.

We accept cash, checks and money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover..  There will be a $25 fee on returned checks.  We also accept secure on-line credit card and debit card payments through PayPal.  Please do not mail or ship cash!  You pay no additional fee or charges to use PayPal.  If you are paying for amp repairs or making a repair deposit and you are registered in PayPal to a Georgia address, be sure to select "services" in the PayPal system to avoid being charged additional sales tax.  If you select "goods" or "merchandise", you will be charged an additional 7% sales tax.

Fraud Prevention - We do not keep any credit card numbers on file or in any computer or database.  We will never you ask for for your credit card number in an e-mail.  We accept credit card numbers in-person, on the phone or via PayPal.  If you receive any e-mail request for your credit card number from anyone claiming to be us, it is probably an attempt to steal your credit card number.  Don't give it out!  Speaking of PayPal, never log into PayPal via a link from any e-mail.  PayPal is extremely safe as long as you follow this advice.  Any PayPal transactions should be conducted only when you log directly into PayPal with your browser.

OUR WARRANTY

We offer one of the best warranties in the industry!  All labor and most parts including tubes installed by us are warrantied for 90 days.  All tubes are rigorously tested before and after installation in your amp. Speakers warranties vary according to the manufacturer and vary from 30 days to 7 years.

Solid State Amp Repairs

Although we are primarily a "tube amp only" shop, we have teamed up with a very good solid state tech who will pick up amps from our shop and take them back to his shop for repair.  We offer our industry leading 90 day warranty on these repairs as well.
